NEWS! - We've started recording our Christmas
music for a CD. We figured this was a good time,
because we've got it all fresh in our minds from
December. AND, Don Bennett is engineering it for us.
Our first session was about 3 hours and we were able
to get four songs recorded...most with only one or
two takes. "O, Come Little Children", "In the Bleak
Midwinter", Good King Wenceslas", and, "The Virgin
Mary Had One Son". Don will do the mix down and
mastering.
We're also going to have Don do the work on "A
Touch of Hussie", the full length CD we've been
toying with since earlier in 2008. It was just too
hard to do it all ourselves...we're only human! So
our plans are to do two CD's this year, and with
Don's expertise, we know we can. We'll keep you
posted! |

the Pre-Show for the 25th Annual
Heritage Room Spelling Bee at BREWSKY's in
the Historic Lincoln Haymarket. SPELLING STARTS at 7 pm.
The Spelling Bee benefits the Heritage Room of
Nebraska Authors at the Bennett Martin Public
Library in downtown Lincoln. This will be our 5th
year playing for the Bee, and we just love it! Check
